The Christmas Play

It’s an annual tradition in Primary School in Szczeglino to organise  The Christmas Play by students under the supervision of the teachers. It was no different this year. The cribs were held on the last day of learning before Christmas for the whole school community, and later – on 12th January, 2014 for denizens of local villages in churches in Kościernica, Szczeglino and Węgorzewo. The beautiful scenery introduced the audience gathered in a festive mood, which was thanks to the youngest actors and singers. Once again we were able to experience the story of Mary and Joseph. Scenes showing the life of the newborn Infant and shepherds, wise men and angels were interspersed with carols and pastorales by children.

A big Thank you goes to the parents who were involved in providing transportation for the actors and the equipment to all the villages.
